Patient "Co-Pay Rebate" Program

We encourage you to call the XTRAC Patient Support Center to learn more about our Co-Pay Rebate Program, and to find a participating office in your area.

For qualified patients, co-pay rebates are available in the amount of $10.00 per XTRAC Laser Treatment, for up to 10 treatments within a six month period ($100.00 value).

Our highly experienced XTRAC Clinical Specialists are available toll free at: 1-800-800-4758 to answer questions you may have about XTRAC Laser Treatments, and can help you locate a participating provider nearby your work or home, if you wish.
